Forget about bringing fluffy hair with this preparation. In an empty container three tablespoons of beer , 3 tablespoons of milk, stir and place this preparation in a spray bottle. Leave for 20 minutes, remove with cold water and wash as usual.

 

Exfoliating

This recipe is becoming very popular in spas and you can prepare it from the comfort of your home.

You only need three crushed strawberries and a teaspoon of beer . Add all the ingredients and let them sit for 15 minutes. Remove with warm water and apply moisturizer.
