Eat little = Live more

The restriction of calories is present in most diets, but if we opt for eating habits where we consume less quantity of food, we could obtain greater benefits.

A recent study from the University of Sao Paulo (Brazil) found that "the skin of the mouse responds to caloric restriction by stimulating skin growth, increasing blood flow and altering cellular metabolism to increase energy efficiency."

This concludes that the restriction of calories can help to stay slim, live longer and accumulate less fat in the body, keep the body warm.
