In therapy my patients have stated that women with whom they are unfaithful to their wives have an important place in their lives.

They accept that at first they were looking for an escape to their reality, but sharing things in common, not having to deal with problems at home and above all, breaking with routine are reasons why a man decides to gamble on his marriage.
