The actress shared in some interviews that she prepared a smoothie of coriander, apple and ginger every morning and accompanied it with egg whites and turkey ham without salt.

I added a slice of wholemeal bread and fruit with little sugar, for example: strawberries and papaya.

 

Before the hours of the meal, I consumed healthy snaks like: blueberries, walnuts, almonds.
