How to use it at home?

Cleopatra, the mythical Egyptian queen, was right: milk is wonderful. And not only for the properties that we know for health, but because thanks to the benefits of milk for the skin, is an incomparable ally for beauty.

Milk is used in the preparation of different beauty products such as soaps and creams, because it contains carbohydrates, fats and proteins that make it an excellent softener. In addition, it moisturizes and nourishes the skin for its minerals (calcium) and vitamins (A, B, and D).

The secret lies in lactic acid, one of the best exfoliants and moisturizers that nature offers us. It also stimulates the natural production of collagen , has bioproteins that help retain moisture, and biotin, which acts as a protector against external aggressions.

When coming into contact with the skin, lipoproteins help the passage of nutrients and water through the cell membrane, leaving it soft as babies'.


How to use it at home?

So that you can take advantage of your benefits from your home, besides drinking it, we leave you some tips:

1.- Moisturizer: If you feel your face a bit stiff, a cotton ball dipped in milk passes all over your face. Rinse with warm water. You will feel the difference immediately.

2.- Makeup remover : Use a little warm milk (preferably whole) and apply it with your cleansing wipes. Dry your face with cotton. Your skin will be clean and smooth.

3.- Soft feet: Heat a liter of whole milk and introduce your feet for 10 minutes. Rinse them with warm water and then rub them with a mixture of salt in grain with olive oil. Finally, apply a moisturizing cream and fall asleep with wool socks.

4.- Exfoliating: Mix two tablespoons of ground oats, one tablespoon of honey and one milk until you get a uniform mixture. Put it on your skin for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.

5.- Soft hands: Cook a potato, and when it cools, peel and squash it. Add two tablespoons of cold milk and two of honey. Apply this mixture on your hands and let it act for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

6.- Dark circles: Mix a cooked potato with breadcrumbs soaked in milk. Apply it over the eyes and let it act for 20 minutes. Remove it with a damp cotton.
