Do a series of each exercise with little rest between each movement. This circuit is very effective, but you can complement it with another cardiovascular or strength routine.

Dolphin posture. Make yourself as if you were going to make a lizard; slowly raise the hips, without bending the knees runs the floor with the tips of the feet. You can support your weight on the forearms. Perform 20 repetitions.

Kickback. Take some dumbbells and get on your knees. Stretch your back and lean with the weights on the floor. Bend your left elbow at the same time you raise your right knee. Stretches the arm completely and returns to the initial position. Do 20 repetitions with each side.

Arms, chest and legs. Take a pair of dumbbells and lie on your back with your legs extended. Raise your legs and place your hands at the height of your chest. Inhale and lower your legs to a 45-degree angle while fully extending your arms up. Go back to the initial position and do 20 repetitions.
