A study conducted by the University of Milan Studi of Milan , suggests that this condition can influence the characteristics of the female body.

Although it is not very clear, specialists suggest that estrogen could play an important role, since at a higher level the attractiveness increases and endometriosis can increase the production of this hormone.

In the case of endometriosis, the cells that normally cover the uterus leave the organ and settle elsewhere in the body, such as in the ovaries, rectal area, bladder or pelvis. These deposits respond in the same way as normal cells in the uterus to make the hormonal changes that occur during a woman's menstrual cycle

Endometriosis is the presence of endometrial tissue, glands and stroma outside the respective cavity and its diagnosis and treatment is done through a specialist.
