According to a study by the musicology department of the Ghent University, in Belgium , suggests that the type of music heard during physical training influences the rhythm of movements.

That is, the patterns and complexity of the notes of the compass influence the synchronization of the steps when walking or running and alter the energy levels of the movements themselves.

In the research published in the journal PLOS One , it is detailed that when analyzing the characteristics of the music as the rhythm and tone, the researchers detected that the simple and predictable songs animate the movements, that is, they fill the body with energy, that those with are more complex and expressive.

Other studies have suggested that music can increase the time in which someone practices some exercise, perform it faster, and decrease the feeling that a great effort is made, so that you can enjoy more of the activity.
