Pumpkin flowers stuffed with cheese on mole Doña María

Servings: 4

Processing time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

1 package of mole ready to serve Doña María

2 bunches of clean pumpkin flower (flowers without stem or pistil)

200 grams of double cream cheese

100 grams of goat cheese

1 tablespoon finely chopped epazote

preparation:

Servings: 4

Processing time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

1 package of Pasilla Doña María sauce

2 bunches of clean huauzontles

400 grams of grated ranchero cheese

500 grams of puff pastry

preparation:

1) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2) Place a saucepan with water, salt and bring to a boil.

3) Clean the huauzontles keeping only the fleshy part and remove the fibrous twigs, cook them in the boiling water for 8 minutes

4) Mix the huauzontles with a couple of tablespoons of Doña María pasilla sauce, and the ranchero cheese, reserve.

5) Stretch the pastry dough, place the huazontle filling in the center, close the dough, helping with a little beaten egg on the edges.

6) Bake for 25 min or until the dough is browned.

7) Serves with Pasilla Doña María sauce

Tip: To achieve a shine in the dough, add a couple of tablespoons of water to the beaten egg.
