According to the specialist on labor issues, the Federal Labor Law does not establish that having a relationship at work is grounds for dismissal, provided that the guidelines of the organizational culture and the established goals are complied with; however, it is important to take into account some other tips for a better coexistence with the rest of the colleagues or superiors:
 

1. Communicate to the boss or superior. It is important to enjoy the relationship at work, but it is equally essential that you find out about yourself and not from other sources.

3. Honesty and discretion . When working in a team communication is important, so you should discuss it with your colleagues and ask them, in the same way, discretion regarding your relationship.
