Exercise for pectorals

First stretch

Standing in front of a corner, flex one arm and support it on the wall. The elbow should be at shoulder height. Tilt the body forward without the arm detaching from the wall. You can do the stretching with both arms at the same time, leaning against the frame of an open door.

 

Second stretch

Starting from the same initial position of stretching anterior, but with the elbow below the shoulder, lean the body forward without the arm losing contact with the wall. You can also do it with both arms, at the same time, supported by the frame of an open door.

 

Third stretch

In the same initial position, but with the elbow over the shoulder, lean the body forward without the arm losing contact with the wall. You can support both arms, together, in the frame of the door.

 

Fourth stretch

Standing, cross your fingers behind your back and raise your arms. Keep your back straight and your fingers crossed. In this way, you can start preparing better routines , that include weight or a greater number of repetitions , to give volume Y tone up your pectorals .
