Cofepris withdraws 250 miracle products

" The holder of the Cofepris, indicated that in matter of publicity, in 2010 the suspension of 307 announcements of the mass media was ordered (television, radio, printed means and Internet) for not having sanitary permission or representing a risk to the health of the population. In this regard, the Federal Commissioner said that the Ssa will regulate more rigorously the advertising of this type of products that do not prove their therapeutic efficacy through the new Regulation of the General Law on Health in Advertising Matters that will be put to consultation public in the coming days.
