  5. If you start feeling uncomfortable, save your device for a few hours, give your hands a rest.
  6. Try to use more fingers while you write, do not leave all the work to the thumbs.
  7. And if the pain becomes a major discomfort, visit the doctor. You should know that in serious cases an operation may be needed, so you know, it's better not to abuse.
