Move in the office!

To make this series of exercises burning grease , you just need a desk, chair or somewhere where you can recharge.

1.- Tone arm, shoulder and chest: Take three steps behind your desk and lean your body and support your hands on the shore. Try that your body is aligned. Stretch your arms and lower your chest without touching the base of the table and return to the starting position.

2.- Triceps: Place your arms in the corners of the chair and let your body slide up and down, making strength in the upper body.

3.- Abdomen: Sit upright in a chair. Place your hands on your head and bend forward without touching your knees and return to the starting position. Remember to keep your abdomen pressed during exercise to burn fat.

4.- Sentadilla: Stand up straight, place your hands on the waist and raise your right leg back, rest your foot on the edge of a chair. Flex your left knee and return to the starting position.

5.- Calf: Stand in front of your desk, taking care that your legs are aligned to your shoulders. Raise your heels to work the muscle of your calves and return to the starting position.

The personal trainer, Carlos Velázquez, details that three sets of 15 repetitions of each burning exercise must be performed calories , so that at the same time you eliminate body fat, tone your body.
