In this sense the expert from Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), noted that there are two factors that influence people to exercise too much: "One is the main social, because many young people take as a model to follow some high performance athletes, such as physicoconstructivists. personality, and when they are so passionate about exercising, they develop addictive behaviors, such as vigorexia (disorder that is characterized by having an obsession to perform at least 2 hours a day exercise) "

Guevara Mejía clarified that in Mexico people are not used to the physical activity and there is a high percentage of sedentary lifestyle , so when exercising intensely, it causes them Heart problems , Arrhythmias and even sudden death:

"In the IMSS we have sports units, social security centers, cultural areas and resorts where exercise and sports are promoted in a correct and appropriate manner".
 
With this, said Gerardo Guevara, people are oriented to adopt an active and healthy lifestyle and thus avoid relapse and continue in that pattern of "addiction to exercise" or sedentary lifestyle .
