7 tips to improve the circulation of your legs

4. Dress and shoes. Wear comfortable clothing that does not oppress you, do not wear very high heels and, if you must stand for a long time, try to wear socks or stockings that serve to improve the circulation .
 

5. Food. The blood circulates better if you consume foods rich in potassium, such as nuts and some fruits (bananas). Do not eat too much meat, since fat does not favor blood circulation . Include fiber in your diet, as well as foods rich in vitamin B and C.
 

6. High temperatures. Avoid direct heat on the legs, stoves, sun, waxing with hot wax, it will help you improve the circulation in your legs.
 

7. Showers . When you take a bath, try to insert cold and hot water in (always ending with cold), which will help stimulate blood circulation. You can have very good results also in a bathtub.
