5 tips to exercise if you have diabetes

1. Check your blood glucose levels , considering that you will exercise between 30 and 60 minutes.

5. Hydrate before, during and after the exercise: For this it is advisable to drink simple water, because isotonic drinks contain a considerable amount of sugar and you must use them very carefully and only to compensate for a low sugar.

In case of emergency take an identifier with you where your name, blood type, type of diabetes, the medication you use and a telephone number come from.

In addition, you can use a kangaroo, they are very practical and useful because in them you can load your glucometer, sweets, cereal bars, money, cell phone and car keys, among other things.
