Thin your arms in 8 minutes

Having thin, well-toned arms is no longer an impossible mission; With this mini program of 8 minutes, you will forget about the annoying little rolls that form under your arms.

To get faster results add a little weight, if you are a beginner train with some cans of preserves, and if you are already an expert use dumbbells with a weight higher.

The first part of the routine consists of push-ups to work on the shoulders, chest and triceps. Lean on your knees if you are a beginner, if you have a higher level keep your knees suspended.

The second block of exercises is called "flights", which are performed on the ground with the feet supported and the elbows touching the floor. A variation of this exercise is to press on the chest when breathing and stretching.

In the third block of exercises, the shoulders, trapezius and back are worked. The series are performed standing with the back slightly bent and completely straight. Subsequently, pressure exercises are performed on the shoulders, and focused on the biceps and triceps muscles.

Perform this routine three times a week, as you progress level increases the weight of the dumbbells. If you are constant you will notice the results in approximately six weeks.
