According to the study carried out by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), entitled: "Obesity and the economy of prevention", in Mexico 30% of adults suffer obesity and 69.5% have overweight .

With this, Mexico is going to lead obesity , since it is number one in adults and in childhood obesity , while the countries least affected by the disease are Japan, Korea and Switzerland.
