Long sauteed carrots

Food can entertain our senses, nourish and strengthen our body, as well as a reason to meet with the people we love, since you start preparing food, until we savor them at the table, so it is well worth quitting to kitchen and put on the apron.

Once the preparation of the food is finished, the pleasure continues when we enjoy everything that is cooked . It is necessary that we address this moment with the willingness to be positive, as well as that the foods are beneficial for our health.

In this sense, so that everyone experiences the act of feeding from a slope positive , we must bear in mind some modes of action for when we are sitting at the table, with the plate in front and the cutlery in our hands:

1. Train yourself in the pleasure of savoring each spoonful.
2. Chew and salivate each proportion of food well.
3. Remember all those who have allowed that plate with food to be on your table.
4. Listen to your body, listen to the joy your body feels when feeding.
5. Pay mindfulness, that is, detect when your stomach is satisfied.
