Change the cycle and your habits

Start a new year is an opportunity to leave behind what hurts us, close cycles in our lives, and to start 2014 with better habits to help us build a better future.

It is a fact of our future is, to a large extent, in our hands, because of each action consequences are generated and we will experience them, be aware of it or not; However, in order to fully experience them, you must first close the cycles that remain pending.

 

Change the cycle and your habits

Close cycles is to advance in our own lives, learn from our experiences and grow as people; therefore, we present some ideas that may be useful to act correctly, and therefore, to carve a better destiny:

1. Take care of your diet. Eat less more times a day, if you have overweight , start a regime already. Give yourself the opportunity to save yourself many bad moments, it will increase your self esteem and quality of life.

2. Exercise . Walking 45 minutes a day is the minimum to be well.

3. Cultivate yourself. Read at least one chapter of a novel a day, less television and more reading will make your world richer, your vocabulary wider and your thoughts deeper.

4. Speak with the heart. Be an honest person. The truth is the food of the psychic apparatus, do not lie or lie to anyone, that will bring you closer to the people around you and your relationships will be better.

5. Forgive yourself for everything what you did not do in the past , for what you missed doing, for what you did wrong. Use compassion for yourself and that will make you more compassionate towards others.

6. Establish your list of values. Choose at least five priorities in your life and dedicate yourself to them with passion, body and soul. Remember that less is more, in everything.

7. Register. Decide to save and establish how is the best way to use your money, do not let yourself be carried away by advertising, by the offers of the stores, by the advertisements that deceive us by offering us quality of life in exchange for our money.

The pleasure of the new lasts like 10 minutes, the work of winning does not deserve to be lost like that. Also, give yourself a weather every day to go down that road you dream of, like learning an instrument, writing, painting, sowing, any activity that you really enjoy a lot.

Also, do not waste your time with negative thoughts , with ideas about failure. We have life and with that we have everything, absolutely everything, to take responsibility for it. Say goodbye to your bad guys habits , start today!
