Preparation

For the filling, combine all the ingredients and reserve in a bowl.

For the pancake, combine the flour, the two cups of the sugar substitute and the corn starch. Mix until it has a smooth consistency. In a mold for thread or pancake, place part of the mixture and a part of the filling on top. Repeat the procedure until the mold is full, finish with the pancake mix.

Put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, between 40 and 45 minutes or until the pancake is golden brown. To check that it is ready, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake, which should come out dry.
