The specialist points out that when a person has hypertensive uncontrol or severe hypertension with symptoms like dizziness , headache or ringing of ears, it is preferable not to travel, because it can be very risky.
Meanwhile, if the pressure is above normal, it is also advisable to postpone your trip until it regularizes.
In case of having an acute respiratory infection, with infection by ear, you may be exposed to a perforated eardrum, so it is advisable to postpone the flight and attend immediately with your doctor.
It is also not advisable to travel if you underwent surgery less than three months ago, you suffer from some obstructive disease such as COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) of a severe degree or that requires oxygen.
