1.- Holidays or honeymoon : It is normal that to show off a stylized body, people start a diet when planning vacations; however, during the break they forget to do diet and gain extra kilos. Ideally, you should eat a bit of everything, but in a balanced way and avoid the abuse of flours and drinks.

2.- birthday : This day you should celebrate to the fullest, so forget about dieting and eat whatever you want in a balanced way, but do not forget to do some fun physical activity such as dancing, or leave a light dish for dinner.

3.- Disease : How much our organism it does not work properly we must feed well, so that it recovers its defenses. Forget about dieting and eating foods that improve your mood and help you overcome the discomfort.

4.- Duel : In this difficult experience, people forget everything, even the diet ; Although it is not important to choose our food at that time, we must eat food so that our body has energy.

5.- Anniversary : Some couples plan something special for this day, so this day is not allowed to diet, you just have to choose foods that do not have many calories or carbohydrates.

To maintain a healthy weight without dieting you should only consume three to five meals a day, reduce excessive consumption of sugar, fat and salt; include foods rich in fiber , take two liters of water and do not skip any food.

The nutritionist says that eating a healthy diet does not mean you stop eating the foods you like or that your food does not taste nice.
