11 tips to avoid heat stroke

1. Take more fluids than you usually do; Do not wait until you're thirsty to drink them

3. Consume boiled water. To disinfect it, add 2 drops of chlorine for each liter of water or a drop of colloidal silver for every two liters and let it sit for 30 minutes before drinking it
4. Wear light, light-colored clothing and use a hat or umbrella to protect yourself from the sun
5. Avoid exposing yourself to the sun during peak hours radiation (between 11:00 and 15:00 hrs)
6. Choose the first hours of the day to carry out your outdoor and sports activities
7. Covers the windows that receive sunlight, when placing blinds, curtains or newspapers, which helps to reduce up to 80% the heat inside the house
8. Never stay in a parked or closed vehicle
9. Consume the food immediately after its preparation, to avoid that these decompose
10. Wash fruits and vegetables eaten raw with soap and water
