Vaccines and their operation

Thanks to scientific progress, responsible adults can see by the watch out and the quality of life of minors. The vaccines represent a great scientific contribution that after years of research, help the body to activate its mechanisms of defending and eradicate some diseases that in the past could be cause of mortality.

 

When a vaccine is applied, a preparation of antigens is introduced into the child's body, which are responsible for promoting the creation of antibodies. In a general idea it is said that the organism is being infected in a very light way so that the body learns to recognize the harmful antigens and produce the specific antibodies.

 

In Mexico, four vaccines are applied that protect children from 10 diseases: The Sabin Vaccine or polio vaccine; the BCG or antituberculous vaccine; the Pentavalent Vaccine and the Viral Triple Vaccine.
