"ASPARAGUS CREAM

 

(2 servings)

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 bunch of asparagus

¼ onion

1 clove garlic

1 tablespoon of oil

1.5 tablespoons (30 g.) Of flour

¼ L vegetable or chicken broth (defatted)

50 g of smoked bacon in thick slice

 

PROCESS

1) Clean and steam the asparagus for 7 minutes. Turn cooking water off.

2) Cut and separate the tips and chop the stems, garlic and onion. Cut the bacon into squares.

3) In a saucepan, put the vegetable stock together with the water of the asparagus, add the asparagus stems, cover and let cook for a few minutes.
