Puberty, bridge between childhood and adolescence

During this short stage the parents face situations new and complicated. On the one hand, conducts are difficult to understand because the pubertos try to imitate teenage behaviors . On the other hand, the so-called "crisis of values or authority" begins.

During puberty the identity is very confused because he finds himself in a situation in which he stopped being a child, but he has not become a teenager either.

To define this stage we speak of "early adolescence" or "unfinished childhood". Puberty represents a stage of transition with great individual variability, both physical and psychological and with a very different consideration at a social level.

The knowledge that adults have about the psychological processes of this stage will help guide pre-adolescents in an environment of trust and family tranquility. In which you will find understanding to your needs and resources.
