Palate and tongue, an interesting study

Recently, a study of Yale University , United States, claimed that about 35% of women are super tasters, compared to only 15% of men. In addition, the study clearly stated that "some people are born with more palate than others", which for their fortune, makes them enjoy more intensely the flavors and nuances that others can not appreciate.

According Linda Bartoshuk , director of the research, which increases the perception of the flavors -especially, the bitter one- is the excess of taste buds. In addition, these people respond to a profile: thin and with a particularly healthy appearance.

The study implies, analyzing all its context, that taste has a solid biological basis; but it does not stop there, but it shows that not only our physical complexion, but also the psychic one - that is, our personality - can be intimately related to our small and clever papillae.
