  2. The group of 18 to 64 years : Adults 18 to 64 years old should practice at least 150 minutes per week of moderate intensity physical activity, or 75 minutes of vigorous physical activity; or some equivalent combination of moderate and vigorous activities. All actions should be carried out in periods of at least 10 minutes each.
  3. Those over 65 : The main recommendations for this group are the same as for the previous one. In addition, the elderly with low mobility should perform physical activities to improve balance and avoid falls, at least 3 days per week.
