Is life a career?

Every day we run and run, pursuing our dreams, our life, our professional career, our children, etc .; in short, so much hurry and at the end of the day we are exhausted without wanting anything, we just throw ourselves into bed with dream uneasy, without break we prepare for the next race. For this there is an effective solution: relaxation and meditation.

The consequences of such haste are several and very diverse, ranging from the bad mood, chronic fatigue, road accidents, abuse to people around us-including children-and stress, without leaving aside the day we least think a heart attack and then if we no longer need to run.

Our body suffers for so much race from the hair to the tip of the feet, it is deformed and from time to time it takes the reins of our life and we get sick. If we did not want to stop, they stop us.

One option is to live as the slow food, where, as before, enjoy a family meal, slow and quiet, talking without cell phones, without ipad and other technology that only interrupts the pleasure of being.

Besides of slow life, where we can take the time to be with ourselves and our loved ones, enjoying every moment and see life go by, not persecuting it.

Another alternative is to practice meditation, to reconnect with ourselves and feel that the time we live is the best of all, that haste does not make a dent in us, that each stage we enjoy, that if we lack something to do already we will do it, without losing sight of the fact that we gain more health, more tranquility and more harmony with ourselves and our surroundings.
