  3. Conflicts with the leaders and changes in the attitude of the team members.
  4. Lack of open communication and reduction of permits.
  5. An increase in attention calls or correction of work.

When identifying any of these signals, the first thing we have to do to avoid being fired is to know what the company expects from me, understand the objective of the position to meet expectations and have good communication with the bosses.

Matilde Matuk details that it is essential to have the necessary tools to perform our functions, as well as be proactive. Also, we must be punctual, fulfilled and support the team.

"It is important that our work is known throughout the company. Let us know beyond our immediate boss and team, both socially and to lend a hand, with a good attitude, "says the psychologist.

With this, the bosses will think more about your decision to fire you, because not only do you do your job, but you help and propose to improve the situation of the company. Remember that communication is basic to be able to perform your job in the best way and avoid being fired. And you, do you do your work with a positive attitude?
