1. Go to the bathroom when you need it

Going to the bathroom without "wanting" will only make your bladder go out of control and want to eliminate fluids as quickly as possible.

2. Drink two liters of water

A good action in your day to day is that you consume two liters of water daily. This helps to have a clear urine and reduces the development of bladder infections.

3. Lose weight

By losing between 5 and 10% of body weight you reduce the symptoms of incontinence by stress or urgency, since it decreases the pressure in the bladder.

4. Adopt a good position when going to the bathroom

You need to be relaxed when going to the bathroom and take your time to eliminate all the urine.
