Cream of cherries and yogurt

Cream of cherries and yogurt

Ingredients

  1. 500 milliliters of cream
  2. 160 grams of plain yogurt without sugar
  3. 100 grams of sugar substitute
  4. An envelope of saffron
  5. 250 grams of cherries
  6. Grated skin of two tangerines

Preparation

Mix the cream with the sugar substitute over medium heat. When it boils, remove from the heat and add the yogurt, the grated tangerine skin and the saffron. Mix until the ingredients are perfectly incorporated.

Place some cherries in a plate or glass and bathe them with the cream mixture. You can decorate with a mint leaf.
