COLD CUCUMBER AND YOGURT SOUP

(2 servings)

 

INGREDIENTS

 

2 cucumbers

200 g. of natural yogurt (not creamy or sweet)

2 tablespoons of sour cream (30 g.)

1 clove garlic

½ lemon (the juice)

chives

black bread

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1) Peel and slice the cucumbers, garlic and scallions. Cut some slices of cucumber for decoration.

2) Add the cucumber and garlic to the yogurt together with the cream and the lemon and add everything.

3) Mix the pieces of scallions.

4) Cut the black bread into cubes and put it to toast in the oven until crispy.

Serve fresh, decorating with slices of cucumber and the cubes of hot bread.
