Many people will ask what is the self esteem ? There are many definitions but I share a simple one that is "believe in you". If you believe in yourself you will normally have a high confidence and self-esteem, but if you do not, you will most likely need to improve the self esteem .
Do you think low self-esteem can affect you? It can definitely impact you in more than one area of your life, because when we do not believe in ourselves we begin to have many problems at work, family, couple, friends and new projects. Also when we do not believe in ourselves or we should improve the self esteem , others notice (remember that 93% of the communication is non-verbal) and this affects how others see us and how they treat us.
Not believing in ourselves is a negative spiral (I do not believe in myself and that I communicate to others, that is, they notice that there is a lack of trust, so they treat me differently or do not give me the opportunities I seek. so much, the low self esteem favors the reduction of the level of personal confidence.

The only thing you need to do to improve the self esteem is to take a few steps forward in any of your personal or professional projects. Make a list of short-term goals to strengthen yourself in some area of your life.
