5 simple steps to create your space

Despite all the work I have, I have been curious about how to find space from all angles. Analyze all the ideas that means having a space, that is, internal and external, where there is a presence and absence of everything.

2. Recognize your patterns and evolve. Are you always upset by things that you do not like and that continue to happen as if nothing? Or for things that people do or say? This unconsciously generates tension, so analyze what you can change and what not to change your reaction.

3. Practice the creation of a space. Analyze your agenda and discover that there will always be weather for you. Cancel a meeting that is not so important and spend that time relaxing. Take advantage of that time to think, calm down and increase your energy.

4. Self-care # 1 . Make self-care your number one priority. You can not take care of anything if you are careless, so you need to attend every day. Enjoy weather with yourself and being yourself.
