Amaranth with chocolate

Amaranth with chocolate

 

Ingredients

100 grams of bitter chocolate

1 tablespoon of honey bee

100 grams of amaranth

 

Preparation

1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.

2. Integrate the amaranth and then the honey. Mix.

3. Put waxed paper in a tray and pour the mixture on top. Refrigerate 10 minutes to solidify.

4 . Cut some squares and serve.
