Tuna ceviche
Ingredients
- 6 lemons
- 1 orange
- ½ finely chopped onion
- 4 tomatoes chopped in small cubes
- 2 chopped serrano chiles (deveined, optional)
- 1 chipotle chile marinated chopped
- Salt to taste
- 4 tins of Herdez tuna 130 grams
- ½ bunch of cilantro, washed, disinfected and finely filleted
- 1 ripe avocado, but firm
- Tostadas, tortilla chips or crackers
- Spicy sauce to taste
Preparation
- Mix lemon juice with orange juice, onion, tomato, chile serrano, chipotle and salt.
- Add drained tuna and cilantro. Mix again, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve the ceviche in a glass or plate. Decorate with slices or squares of avocado and finely chopped cilantro.
- Accompany it with toast, tortilla chips, crackers and salsa to taste.
