Tuna ceviche

The preference for sea food increases up to 200% in Lent affirms the National Association of Self-Service and Department Stores . A low recipe in calories and easy to prepare is the Ceviche of tuna .

 

Tuna ceviche

Ingredients

  1. 6 lemons
  2. 1 orange
  3. ½ finely chopped onion
  4. 4 tomatoes chopped in small cubes
  5. 2 chopped serrano chiles (deveined, optional)
  6. 1 chipotle chile marinated chopped
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 4 tins of Herdez tuna 130 grams
  9. ½ bunch of cilantro, washed, disinfected and finely filleted
  10. 1 ripe avocado, but firm
  11. Tostadas, tortilla chips or crackers
  12. Spicy sauce to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix lemon juice with orange juice, onion, tomato, chile serrano, chipotle and salt.
  2. Add drained tuna and cilantro. Mix again, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Serve the ceviche in a glass or plate. Decorate with slices or squares of avocado and finely chopped cilantro.
  4. Accompany it with toast, tortilla chips, crackers and salsa to taste.
