Protein can cause cancer

The most common diets, usually consist of large amounts of protein and very few carbohydrates, although they are very effective to lose weight, you should not stay with this diet forever.

People who base their diet on proteins of animal origin during adulthood (meat, eggs and dairy) are much more likely to die of cancer, and this risk is compared with deaths from tobacco addiction.

The Longevity Institute of the University of Southern California (USC) conducted a study in which it says that people 50 and older, consume a large amount of animal protein, which leads to four times more likely to die of Cancer. It also emphasizes that it only includes proteins of animal origin, since those of vegetable origin (quinoa, soy and legumes) do not stimulate growth hormones in the same way.
