Ingredients for eight servings

  3. 75 grams of All-Bran

  7. Three teaspoons fresh chopped parsley
  8. Three tablespoons of lemon juice

For the roll:

  1. 500 grams of puff pastry
  2. Three teaspoons of olive oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees centigrade and grease a baking sheet. Boil the mushrooms in a saucepan over medium heat for 10 minutes; Drain and remove excess water.

Empty the mushrooms in a medium bowl, add the cottage cheese and mix well; mix the other ingredients into the mixture.

For the assembly of the roll, divide the pasta into two equal parts; spread one of the parts with the roller and lightly varnish with the oil; put half of the filling on the edge of the paste, fold the edges, roll, varnish with oil and place it carefully on the greased tray.

Repeat the operation with the remaining pasta and place it next to the first roll leaving a space so that they do not stick. Bake at 160 ° C for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
