Meditation contacts you with your interior

When you need to remember who you are and where you come from, meditation is the door to access the interior, especially if you have realized that everything is designed so that our attention is on appearance, materially.

In the modernity in which we live, as well as the vertiginous rhythm in which we perceive ourselves, it has made us forget about the things that really matter and make us happy.

In the last 10 years there has been greater technological and scientific evolution, more than in the history of mankind.

This has given us great advantages such as facilitating communications, access to information and much more. However, it has also taken away very valuable things like the coexistence , the silence and introspection.

We have made everything easier, faster, cheaper and we have focused on this more and more, moving away from the reality and of ourselves. We have been so immersed in technological development forgetting about development of being .

In fact, there are people who have not had contact with nature, who have not swum in a river, have not seen fireflies at night or camped outside. Nature is wise and we can find many answers in it.

If what we really are is a spirit living a human experience, we must also then develop our spirituality , our essence, our being. Put a stop to the disorder and external noise, to make contact with the interior.

It can not be that the only time in which we calm down, we keep silent and close our eyes to go to sleep, and many times we do not rest because the subconscious mind is crazy working in the dream .

They say that: "When you pray, God listens to you, and when you meditate, God speaks to you." Therefore, we can incorporate meditation as a habit in our lives, to create moments of peace and quiet at will.

For this reason, I recommend you make several meditations short a day, five or ten minutes, you close your eyes and pay attention to your breathing , in the beat of your heart, in the music you listen to.

Do not do anything but feel and be in you, then return to your activities renewed, much more focused and in harmony. Try it, it works!
