- Juice of 2 oranges

Juice 5

- 2 pineapple slices

- 1 banana

- Half a cup of wheat oats

- 1/2 cup of water

To prepare the 5 juices, all you have to do is empty the ingredients in the blender and blend until there are no more lumps left.
