If you want to lose those extra pounds, but you get annoyed or bored by routines, we present a discipline that is a combination of strength, endurance, yoga Y relaxation : jazzercise .
This technique that promises that in one hour you will burn 600 calories, is already a reality in Mexico. One of the members of this exercise center, Belen Martinez , says: "It is a very fun class where you work all the muscles of your body. Strengthen the top and bottom. Also, we put a little bit of yoga , dance, strength and flexibility ”.
The 60-minute Jazzercise class includes warm-up, aerobic routines, tone and muscle strength segments, cooling and stretching. This technique fuses elements of dance such as jazz, hip-hop, salsa, funk, as well as pilates, yoga Y kick boxing to create programs for people of all ages and different levels of fitness.
In addition, this class is adapted for the different user profiles. They include: Jazzercise Lite, Junior Jazzercise and Jazzercise Personal Touch.
