Four tips to be in good shape

We know that many times you do not have time to activate, here we present four infallible tips, so you can exercise while doing your daily tasks. There is no excuse to stop exercising.

1.- Use your bicycle . Every time you can, choose the bicycle and not the car. The bicycle strengthens your defenses, improves your breathing capacity and strengthens your immune system.

2.- Climb stairs . If you are all day at school or work, then we recommend using the stairs. Each time you raise them you burn 10 calories per minute.

3.- Forget about the remote control . We know that this article is very useful, but from time to time you think you do not have it, so you move when you want to change to your favorite channel.

4.- Walk with your dog . Preferably choose roads that have ups and downs; the intensity of your steps varies, so that the burning of calories is greater.

These are practical tips that various trainers and nutritionists recommend to start exercising. In this way, you will strengthen your bones, as well as your immune and cardiovascular system.
