Flan of tahini and coconut

Ingredients

4 egg whites
600 ml of milk
200 gr of cream
150 gr of coconut cream for cocktails
75 grams of tahini
120 gr of sugar substitute
For the candy
10 grams of sesame seeds
100 grams of brown sugar or brown sugar
A few drops of water.

Elaboration

Prepare the caramel, put the sesame seeds in a saucepan and tumble them until they start to sparkle and release the aroma of nuts.
