Chilaquiles

 

Ingredients

1. 24 corn tortillas, cut into strips.

2. 3 tablespoons olive oil.

3. 1/4 onion

4. 1 clove garlic.

5. 2 green chilies

6. 1 cup of tomato puree.

7. 1 can of Evaporated Light Milk.

8. 2 branches of coriander, washed and disinfected.

9. 1 spoonful of chicken bouillon powder.

10. 200 grams of panela cheese.


Preparation mode

1. Place the tortillas in a tray and bake for 10 minutes or until crispy; reservation.

2. Heat the oil and fry the onion, garlic, chiles and incorporate the tomato puree, cook for 3 minutes and add the Light Evaporated Milk, liquefy this sauce, return it to the fire.

3.  Add the cilantro and the chicken bouillon powder; when it starts to boil, add the tortillas, mix and serve hot sprinkling the panela cheese.

This dish is low in calories because it provides approximately 300 calories, plus it offers all the necessary vitamins. It is a complete meal. However, to have a healthy life you must not only integrate healthy food but also exercise. Beware!
