Do you like married men?

Do you like married men and you do not know why? Even if you do not believe it, there is a scientific reason for this behavior.

Do not you sometimes feel that all the men you like are married or have a girlfriend? There is a scientific explanation for that. A study published in the Journal of Experimental Psychology showed that women are more attracted to men who have a partner than to singles.

Researchers believe that this is because a man who is already in a relationship demonstrates his ability to commit to someone. In another study published in the journal Nuevos Científicos they found that 90% of women feel more attracted to a man if he is not single.

To arrive at that result they did a survey among 184 heterosexual participants. They were all shown the same photograph of a man with characteristics that fit the preferences of each. The only difference was that half of the girls were told that the man was single, and the other half that he already had a relationship. 56% of the girls showed interest in the single, but 90% said they would like to have a relationship with the committed.

It seems to be something biological, as if women prefer men who have been "pre-selected" by other women. Single men are an unknown. Elite Daily makes the comparison with a piece of clothing, like a dress. If you really like how a dress is seen someone is more likely to want it than if you see it hanging in a store.

The researchers also consider that there is another explanation for this behavior. They believe that society has made us very competitive people, and that "stealing" another's partner increases our self-esteem.

Either way we may not be able to control the attraction we feel towards a married man, but since we are human beings and not animals we have the ability not to act, not to persecute a man who has another relationship. And we maintain the position that it is he who is in a committed relationship, that a girl is attracted to him does not justify that they put the horn.

Curiously, this does not happen to men, they feel equally attracted if the girl has a partner or not. But if it happens to you often, now you know why it happens.
