Do not deprive yourself!

Most of the energy intake that the body requires to function comes from the first food of the day; which is mistakenly composed of fluctuous and refined carbohydrates, contributes to weight gain. To avoid this, sugarless breakfasts are an option.

According to Robert Lustig, from the University of California at San Francisco, the fructose, unlike other caloric source, does not suppress the hormone of hunger (ghrelin). So despite eating a lot of it, there is no feeling of fullness.

Giving up sugar at breakfast is not synonymous with prohibition; just change the cereal or donuts for one of these 5 options.
