Whole wheat pasta with spinach, mushrooms and fresh cheese

Ingredients for four portions

  1. One and 1/3 cups of cooked wholemeal pasta
  2. Two liters of water
  3. One onion
  4. Three cloves of garlic
  5. Four teaspoons of chicken broth
  6. Two cups of mushrooms
  7. Three cups of spinach
  8. 250 g of fresh cheese
  9. A bay leaf
  10. Non-stick spray
  11. Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Boil the water in a saucepan. Place the pasta with water, onion, half of the garlic, bay leaf and chicken broth for 10 minutes or until the pasta is cooked.

In a frying pan sprinkle a little spray oil, when hot, add the rest of the garlic, mushrooms and spinach; let them soften a bit and incorporate the already drained pasta.
